한국학진흥사업단 교직원 대상『부정청탁 및 금품등 수수의 금지에 관한 법률』교육 실시
한국학중앙연구원 한국학진흥사업단에서는 2016. 10. 7일(금) 14:00 한국학중앙연구원 청탁방지담당관(검사역) 및 윤리업무 담당자를 초빙하여『부정청탁 및 금품등 수수의 금지에 관한 법률』(이하 청탁금지법)에 대한 자체교육을 실시하였다. 이날 교육은 청탁금지법에서 규정하고 있는 부정청탁 및 금품등 수수의 금지사항과 상황별 대처요령을 제대로 숙지함으로써 법률 시행에 따른 혼란 및 위반 사례를 사전에 방지하고자 마련되었다. 교육에 나선 청탁방지담당관은 “한국학진흥사업단은 글로벌 한국학의 확산, 한국학의 소통 강화 등을 위해 유관 기관과의 교류가 잦은 만큼, 이번 교육을 통해 청탁금지법을 정확히 이해하고, 대처방안을 습득할 수 있는 계기가 될 것으로 기대한다. 청렴하고 공정한 지원 사업 수행을 통해 더욱 폭넓은 신뢰를 얻는 사업단이 되도록 최선의 노력을 다하여 주길 바란다.” 고 말했다.
Korean Studies Promotion Service implemented education about Anti-graft Act.
Korean Studies Promotion Service of the Academy of Korean Studies invited a monitoring officer and ethics officer, who educated teaching staffs about the Act on the Prohibition of Improper Solicitation and Provision/Receipt of Money and Valuables (Hereafter referred to as “Anti-graft Act”)at 14:00, on Friday, October 7, 2016. By informing the teaching staffs of the particulars of the prohibition and situational countermeasures, the education session was intended to prevent confusion and possible violations related to the new Anti-graft Act. “It is expected during this education session that the opportunity to understand the Anti-graft Act exactly and learn how to avoid possible violation will be provided for the Korean Studies Promotion Service that often interacts with relevant agencies and institutes to spread Korean studies around the world and enhance global understanding of Korean studies,” said the monitoring officer, “I hope that all of you will make every effort to carry out your mission with more integrity and fairness and win more public trust.”
