Notice on Final Selection of New Applications

for 2023 Global Korean Studies Programs (Core/Seed)

As the period of notice for preliminary selection is over, we announce final selected project lists for the “Core University Program for Korean Studies 2023” and “ Seed Program for Korean Studies 2023” as follows.

1) Lists of selected projects

▶ Core University Program for Korean Studies: List of selected projects(final)

2) Commencement of project: June 1st(Thu), 2023

3) Signing of agreement

- The Agreement for the project will be signed by four(4) parties: President of the Academy of Korean Studies, Director of Korean Studies Promotion Service, Head of the Institution, and Project Director.

- The project grant will be transferred to a designated account of the institution.

4) Others

- Click on the project title and you can check the project summary.

- Total amount of project grants can be modified before signing of the final agreement, and the final amount should include indirect expenses.

- Please note that we reserve the right to cancel selections in the following cases.

▷ Proposals by project teams which would refuse to reflect necessary suggestions from the Selection Committee.

▷ Applications which turned out to be funded by other institutes at the same time.
