The Korean Studies Promotion Service, in order to introduce the priority direction of new projects in 2019 and receive the opinions of researchers, held an information session. Sessions were held in Seoul on February 19 and in Daejeon on February 20 and approximately 80 researchers attended these sessions in total. Information was provided on the direction of both domestic and international projects and a question and answer session was also held. Although the information session was provided to introduce domestic programs, there was much interests in international projects as well. In order to improve the efficiency of the application process for new projects and encourage interaction with researchers, we plan to continue holding these information sessions regularly in the future.
