한국학진흥사업단은 제29차 한국학진흥사업위원회를 개최하였다. 위원회에는 한국학중앙연구원 안병욱 원장, 한국학진흥사업단 구난희 단장, 김창겸 부단장, 장원석 사업기획실장, 유현진 교육부 학술진흥과 사무관 및 위원 11인이 참석하였다. 당일 위원회에서는 한국학의 범위와 대상 및 한국학 연구의 지원대상 등을 주요 안건으로 다루고, 한국학진흥사업 심사위원의 중요성과 역할에 대해서도 논의하였다. 이외에 한국학 세계화 랩 사업, 한국고전100선 영문번역 사업 등 글로벌한국학 사업의 지원 조건과 내용을 개선할 필요가 있다는 의견을 공유하였다.
○ Holding of the 29th Meeting of the KSPS Advisory Committee

The Korean Studies Promotion Service (KSPS) held the 29th meeting of the Advisory Committee. The meeting of the Advisory Committee was attended by the President of the Academy of Korean Studies (AKS) Byung-ook Ahn, KSPS Director Nan-hee Ku, KSPS Deputy Director Chang-kyum Kim, the Department Head of the Program Planning Division Won-seok Chang, the Deputy Director of the Ministry of Education’s Academic Research Affairs Division Hyun-jin Yoo, and eleven committee members. The main agenda items for the meeting were the scope and contents of Korean Studies along with targets for research support. The importance and role of the KSPS evaluation committees was also discussed. In addition, ideas for improving the conditions and contents of the Global Korean Studies programs, such as the Laboratory Program for Korean Studies and the English Translation of 100 Korean Classics Program, were also shared.
