  • 한국학진흥사업단은 2018년 4월 19일 한국학진흥사업 발전 방안에 관한 자문회의를 개최하였다. 이번 자문회의는 한국학중앙연구원 안병욱 원장, 한국학진흥사업단 김종명 단장, 김창겸 부단장, 장원석 사업기획실장 외 사업 담당자들과 문학ㆍ어학, 철학, 해외 한국학 분야 전문가 15인이 참석한 가운데 진행되었다. 참석자들은 국내 한국학 및 글로벌 한국학 사업의 개선점, 향후 사업기획의 방향, 사업지원 전략 등을 다각도로 논의하였다.


    2017년은 한국학진흥사업단이 10주년을 맞은 해다. 이를 계기로 사업단은 연구ㆍ사업ㆍ정책 방면에서 다양한 자문을 수렴하여 연구자 수요에 부응할 사업기획안을 마련하고자 한다.

    The Korean Studies Promotion Service (KSPS) held an advisory council meeting for providing recommendations to improve the Korean Studies Promotion Service on April 19, 2018. The meeting was attended by the President of the Academy of Korean Studies Byung-ook Ahn, the Director of KSPS Jong-myung Kim, the Deputy Director of KSPS Chang-kyum Kim, the Department Head of the Program Planning Division Won-seok Jang, and other staff members, as well as 15 experts in the fields of literature, linguistics, and philosophy as well as Global Korean Studies. Those in attendance discussed a number of issues, including recommendations for domestic Korean Studies and the Global Korean Studies project, future directions of program planning, and strategies for program support, etc., from a variety of angles.


    KSPS celebrated its tenth anniversary in 2017. Given the occasion, KSPS is taking the opportunity to gather a variety of advice from many perspectives on research, projects, and policies as it seeks to satisfy the project planning demands of researchers. (Translated by Benjamin A. Engel)
